Position Title: Packaging Machine Operator - 2nd ShiftWage: $16.50/hourShift: 2ndHours: 2:00pm - 10:00pmOne of the largest food manufacturers of its type in the country is looking for their next 2nd shift Packaging Machine Operator. - Operate and observe secondary packaging equipment to ensure food safety, product quality and conformity
- Operate forklifts to handle materials and finished goods
- Maintain work log and inventory records
- Monitor and review inventory and production levels
- Perform changeovers
- Apply appropriate labels to packages and finished goods palletsRequirements:
- At least six months of previous manufacturing, packaging, filling or assembly line production experience
- Demonstrated organizational, detail oriented and observational skills
- Basic math skills
- Able to read and follow instructions in English
