Provide assistance in supporting the use of products with the goal of improving productivity and efficiency. Test and troubleshoots the final system setup. Ensure a successful rollout by training and re-training customers to understand the software and its benefits. Exhibit an understanding of how to best configure and implement software. Confirm all resources are in place to implement software on-time and on budget. Provide ongoing support and servicesThis position reports toHead of Smart SolutionsYour responsibilities

  • Participate along with sales to identify the customer's needs to demonstrate and articulate the features of the digital solution and how it is best suited for the customer needs
  • Participate in the assigned stages of the end-to-end customer lifecycle covering digital opportunity identification along with sales, opportunity qualification, discovery and value engineering, solution blueprinting, PoC / Pilot, solution deployment and post go-live operations/ support
  • Participate in ideation workstreams from identifying needs to validated and defined development together with cross functional teams of Digital software engineers, User Experience and subject matter experts for Value Creation
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, solution architects and development teams for future planning, feature development, and support of product deliverables
  • Participate in coaching customers for them to effectively utilize digital solutions. Helps customers to achieve their solution goals and objectives by leveraging domain expertise as well as knowledge about ABB's digital solutions
  • Support customers from the sales cycle through the go-live, post-implementation review and follow-up stages. Provide end-user support by researching, diagnosing, and analyzing customer requests and issues; escalates issues where necessary and keeps customers informed on progressYour background
    • Bachelor degree and 2 years of related experience or Associate degree and 4 years of related experience
    • Travel up to 40%
    • Candidates must have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the USA
    • Experience in integration planning with expertise in network topology, router, gateway, mobile network modem configuration, wireless network planning and configuration (WiFi and Bluetooth) highly preferred
    • Experience assisting the customer in enterprise firewall configuration or finding creative integration solutions using our standard offering or propose modifications to our offering to fit the customer requirements highly preferred .
    • Background in drive and/or motor preferred
