The Opportunity The Server Manufacturing Customer Care Representative provides the best possible manufacturing customer experience and contributes to increased company sales by addressing and maintaining business relationships and assuming a proactive role in using strong product knowledge to help customers select the right equipment for their menu and application. Responsibilities

  • The Manufacturing Customer Care Representative answers incoming calls, emails or live chats providing customers with accurate information on products, availability, lead time, pricing, order status, or trouble shooting product issues
  • Provides customers with technical support about the functionality of our products
  • The Manufacturing Customer Care Representative interacts with other departments in a respectful, friendly manner, always supplying accurate and complete information to their inquiries or when requesting information from them to assist with a customer question or need
  • Composes clear, concise and complete emails and other documents, proactively including relevant options and alternatives, as applicable
  • Enters all required information into the computerized systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness (i.e., order entry, repair orders, CRM, EDI, etc.)
  • Product knowledge extends to full understanding of the correct applications for each Server item and a demonstrated ability to proactively ask customers the right questions about their menu and operation to assist them in making the correct equipment decision as well as create incremental sales for the company Requirements
    • Previous customer care experience preferred, however, if you have the attitude and desire to learn, we will train
      • Strong critical thinking skills and planning and organization skills
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
        • Proven ability to apply problem-solving techniques
          • Professional attitude and demeanor
            • Proven ability to resolve customer issues using empathy, patience, and effective listening skills
              • Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days at home.
              • Ability to work a schedule rotation to allow Server to provide superior customer service between the hours of 7am and 7pm CST Benefits
