Job Duties & Responsibilities


Inspection of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure goods being produced or sold meet expectations of consumer and company standardsEstablish and acceptable variation range for products and identify when something fails to meet expectationsComplete and follow through on non-conformance reports for defective products and materialsCommunicate quality issues with QA leadership and assist in physical control of non-conforming products and materialsWork alongside QA leadership to identify potential areas of improvement in product and/or processesMaintain reports and logs of quality issues including causes and corrective actionsResolve product or service problems by clarifying the issue; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolutionBackup to Customer Support by responding to customer issues and inquiries, providing return authorizations, processing credits/replacements, and check in and restock returned productEnsure issues are resolved and requests are answered in a professional, courteous, and timely mannerCommunicates with multiple departments to solve shipping and product issuesWork with carriers on OS&D and shipment related issues (LTL and Parcel)Assist in special projects as needed


Job Skills & Requirements


Able to use an ERP (Acumatica)High attention to detailExperience using Microsoft productsHighschool diploma / GED2 to 5 years experienceAble to read, write and understand EnglishBasic math skills
