DescriptionBluePearl in theMilwaukee Market is seeking a part-time ER Service Head to support our growing ER team. The candidate must be a practicing ER doctor or Criticalist and must have great people skills and aspire to grow in their leadership capabilities. The ER Service Head is a working member of the hospital 's ER Clinician team that provides first-level supervision of the team.The role is responsible for all day 'to-day matters impacting ER Clinicians including scheduling, hiring, training, mentoring, facilitating regular ER meetings, and representing the ER team as a hospital leader. The incumbent works closely with the Medical Director to ensure the highest level of patient care.Why BluePearl?Our passion is pets.
