- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems or other technical discipline
- Heavy Business Intelligence / Business Analytics background
- 5+ years of hands on experience with top tier ERP systems
- Experience working with integrated systems in a manufacturing environment
- SQL-Sever, PL/SQL or similar RDBMS application development languages
- SQL Developer, .Net, XML
- 3+ years Oracle or similar relational database experience
- Experience developing and supporting complex APIs thru native development or the use of IPaaS technologies
- Experience with Report Writers like Crystal Reports, SSRS, or IFS Report Designer
- Microsoft Windows operating system experience and Office applications
- Experience with IT Service management ticketing processesPreferred skillset:
  - Three years hands on experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment using the IFS ERP system
  - Experience developing and / or supporting Business Intelligence reporting and analytics. Microsoft Power BI preferred
  - Experience migrating, implementing, and integrating new packed software applications
  - Industry standard experience in specific business and ERP modules in one or more functional areas such as Financials, Order Management, HRIS, Procurement, Production Planning, Supply Chain Management, logistics, etc.
