Job Description:

Healy Awards, Inc. is currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a dependable, team player who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive pay and benefits, including health and dental insurance, a 401(k) program, and paid time off.

*Company Information: * We design, manufacture, and sell sports helmet decals, stickers, magnets, apparel, signs, vinyl banners, record boards, awards, plaques, and certificates to professional, collegiate, high school, middle school, elementary, and youth programs along with corporate customers throughout the nation.

*Purpose: *To assist customers in their purchasing decisions by providing detailed information regarding our products via phone and email along with sending artwork and quotes in a timely manner. Provide on-going follow-up via phone or email to close the sale.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities* include the following. Note that other duties may be assigned.

* Answer incoming calls from customers who require more information prior to purchasing. This information includes but is not limited to: artwork and pricing information in addition to up-selling and cross-selling to increase order size.
* Place follow-up calls/emails with customers when clarification of orders and artwork is needed.
* Knowing our products inside and out so you can effectively articulate product information to customers and make recommendations.
* Ensure all orders are processed within customer's specific timelines.
* Accurately enter customer purchasing information on a PC based order processing system.
* Ensure customer art is forwarded to art department within required timeframe.
* Answer incoming calls in a timely manner and according to department standards.
* Always maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer service.
* Develops relationships with customers and uses product knowledge to provide an unrivaled customer experience.
* Assist other teammates during busier times.
* Overtime hours will be as needed but are required during July and August.

*Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: *

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum 1-2 years customer service or equivalent job-related experience.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
* Effective time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and to make decisions independently and professionally.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Dedication to superior customer service.
* Highly adaptable to a changing, fast paced environment.
* Initiative/follow-up skills.
* Team player.

*Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: *

* Associates or Bachelor's degree.
* Experience working with Microsoft NAV.
* Interest in sports, brand identity, and logo creation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
