Job Description:
Description:
Analyze user needs and assist in the implementation and ongoing
efforts of internal personal computer systems. Install hardware and
load application software. Coordinate utilization of software and
hardware and train and instruct end users. Investigate and resolve
computer software, hardware or other equipment problems of users.
Talk with users to learn procedures followed and source of error.
Maintain documentation on Work Orders, purchases, inventory,
procedures and other IT department functions as required.
Coordinate the referral and routing of work orders to appropriate
technical or service personnel for repairs, training and follow-up.
Resolve non-recurring or unique problems as required. Perform end
user Move, Add, Changes to equipment and security accounts along
with some junior network administration tasks. Assist Operations
Team with special projects and tasks when required. Maintain client
device security (updates, patches, etc). Some ordering and research
duties may be required.
