Job LocationsUS-WI-MilwaukeeTypePart-TimeOverviewPractice Support SpecialistMarathon Health is seeking a part-time Practice Support Specialist (PSS) to work collaboratively with our team in Milwaukee, WI serving the employees and families (ages 2+) of Briggs & Stratton at their on-site corporate health and wellness center. -This is a 20 hour per week position with excellent compensation, 401(k) and CME assistance. • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups and physician referrals
• Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff
• Greet visitors, assess purpose of visit, and direct them to appropriate staff
• Compile and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence
• Ensure patient completes Privacy forms
• Check patients in and out
• Collect Co-paysQualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of front desk experience in a medical setting
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required
  • Attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively with patients and strong computer skills required
