Job Description:

We are a team of specialists serving real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the area. We're looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service.

GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average 5 homes shown before writing an offer.

Responsibilities:

Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency's standards of client service
Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth

--- Schedule showing appointments
--- Attend showings
--- Provide prompt showing feedback
--- Attending home inspections, pre-closing walkthroughs, and closings
--- The team lead would handle drafting contracts and handling negotiations to take the sale through closing

Qualifications:

Can spend a large amount of time driving
Professional in attitude and appearance
Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
--- To be a Showing Agent in Wisconsin you must be a licensed real estate salesperson or broker. We can assist you in getting that certification
