**The Headlines** **:**
In the role of **Sr. Statistical Forecaster** working in Milwaukee,
WI, you will be the key to success for the entire forecasting
process. The Sr. Statistical Forecaster creates the statistical
baseline volume forecast at a Province, Customer, Planning
location, SKU, and week level within SAS. This includes continuous
modeling for all Brands, Retail & On Premise, Craft, Imports, and
new products for a two-year horizon (3M data combinations in a
week). Additionally, this role supports the end-to-end forecast
process by executing SAS processes including new product
introductions, large-scale data adjustments, and maintaining the
collaboration insight overlays.
This position reports to the Demand Manager for Canada.
**The Responsibilities:**
+ Create, modify, and execute statistical models for all aspects of
the Canada Region (6M hectoliter business) across 3+ million data
points
+ Evaluates effectiveness of base stat forecast at varying levels
and provides recommendations on different forecast
models/parameters to optimize weekly forecast.
+ Update parameters to forecast such as outlier
detection/correction, forecast parameters for execution, and
iteratively executes forecast process to ensure best fit
modeling
+ Support design, development, implementation, and execution of
improvement processes / systems related to demand planning for
Canada
+ New product forecasting across the portfolio with a strong
partnership with the Project Management Office and the Demand
Planning team, and includes master data validation, identifying
proxy SKUs, determining SKU cannibalization
+ Create and maintain a volume forecast for the "next Year" that
will be leveraged in the annual operating planning (AOP) process as
the "business as usual" volume base.
+ Drives for continuous improvement of forecast accuracy by using
collaboration and communication of STR forecast performance and key
business drivers
+ SAS programming
**The Other Qualifications:**

+ You have a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer
Science, Mathematics OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the
field
+ You have at least 3-5 years experience in Statistical
forecasting, statistical modeling, SAS software
+ Statistical Forecasting methods, outlier correction, adjusting
parameters
+ Knowledge of SAS EG data and SAS landscape preferred
+ Statistical Forecasting methods and models
+ Strong MS Excel skills to generate reports that utilize both SAS
data sets and Excel sheets as input
+ Strong ability to collaborate with Demand Planner team members,
commercial, and brand teams
