3rd Shift Cheese Production SpecialistUnder the direction of the
Shift Production Supervisor, as a Cheese Production Specialist team
member, you'll be responsible to providing bulk cheese to
production lines and operating cheese cutting/shredding

Excellence:Perform manual lifting and carrying (approximately up to
40lbs) by opening, cleaning and placing cheese on production
linesRemove all packaging from cheeseInspect bulk cheese for mold
or contaminant, remove and clean accordinglyLift and place cheese
on conveyors (weight varies from 5 lbs. to 40 lbs. per lift)Operate
all automated and manual cutting systemsOperate all shredding
equipmentMaintain record of bulk cheese usage utilizing RF
inventory scannersPerform other duties as assignedWhat You Have to
