41826 SA Contract Implementation Specialist (Open)Location:Germantown, WI (LLC Support) - ManagementHow will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?SA CPD I Contract Implementation Specialist- Onsite Work Location: Germantown, WI, Tulsa, OK, Largo, FL,- Business Casual Work Attire- Hybrid Work Schedule - Remote/In officeThe primary function of this position is to ensure the proper implementation of customer contracts within the SAP environment. The Specialist position will be responsible for the setup, closure, and partnership of customer accounts along with the execution of their contractual pricing.In particular, you will:- Review submitted documents for implementation in SAP along with entry in other applicable Airgas environment(s)- Collaborate with subject matter experts to establish an implementation timeline and proper documentation required for the rollout- Research and review existing customer accounts to determine if setup, closure, and/or partnership changes are required to meet agreement terms- Create and develop a pricing plan to load in SAP- Identify and communicate all concerns and technical issues regarding the implementation of the customer rollout to internal customers for timely resolution- Perform post load audits of pricing, account partnerships, and customer master data to verify end results meet the required guidelines and contractual terms of the agreement- Coordinate and communicate key data points with internal and external stakeholder - Promote the adoption of bests practices within the SA Business Management Team that are in alignment with the Strategic Account profitability goals- Other duties as assignedAre you a MATCH?COMPETENCIES:- Expert attention to detail along with ability to analyze, research, and manipulate data- Organized, self-motivated, resourceful, proactive individual that is comfortable working both independently and as a team member, taking ownership for assigned work- High level of initiative, curiosity and potential to go beyond the described role as the team responsibilities evolve- Ability to develop solutions to existing problems using fact-based problem solving and historical precedence- Ability to manage and work a multifaceted, complex customer account including the completion of research, analysis, and implementation of customer's contractual terms, accounts, partnerships, and pricing structuresREQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's degree or combination of 1-2 years inside sales, customer service or relevant Airgas/industry experience required- SAP navigation knowledge preferred- Knowledge of industrial, medical and specialty gases, welding and safety products a plus- Relevant Microsoft Office or Google Suite experience required, with an emphasis on advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets required- Previous exposure to commercial contract terms and conditions preferred- Prior experience manipulating large datasets and analyzing data from multiple sources preferredEOE AA M/F/Vet/DisabilityQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status, or disability.Your differences enhance our performanceAt Airgas, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.We welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability or any other protected characteristic.
