The ManpowerGroup Internship provides an educational 10-week experience for current undergraduate or graduate students, seeking to jumpstart their career in a corporate setting. This role will work collaboratively within the assigned department at ManpowerGroup. The internship will include Professional Development, E-Learning Series, and Leadership Development as well as hands-on training in the desired field of study.The purpose of the IT Support Internship is to provide experience and exposure to frequent IT support contacts and identify items that can be resolved through user training or common IT fixes. The IT Support Internship role is to assist with providing end-user support services as part of our Learnability Bar function - including Service Desk, Access Management and Deskside Support. They are also tasked with providing conference room support at our Global HQ.**PRIMARY FUNCTIONS** :**Making an Impact**+ Follow self-help resources to educate and assist end-users with IT support needs+ Assist with creating training material, and deliver training through the Knowledge center+ Increase and organize IT support content at HQ+ Assist IT Support Specialist with coverage of Learnability Bar+ Assist with user support including Service Desk, Access Management and Deskside Service**Sharing Expertise**+ Assist with collecting and sharing user input and feedback as necessary+ Deliver weekly status reports to the Operations SDM for content in Balanced Scorecard and SDM Leadership sessions**Gaining Exposure**+ Identify opportunities to provide training and resources as part of End-User Services.
