Job Description:

Description: Review and entry of Mill supplier and miscellaneous invoices Preparation of checks and ACHs for prompt payment. Stamp and file all vendor invoices properly Receive and keep current all taxpayer's ID's Review, match, and investigate credit card invoices and receipts Handle Insurance issues with operations Maintain petty cash Keep fixed asset records for outside accountant Prepare daily cash and credit card deposits Record lock-box receipts, cash, and credit card deposits in computer system Record deposits on "Daily Cash Sheet" using Excel File check stubs and bank receipts Review credit worthiness of New Accounts Run and send out monthly A/R statements Research and process bad checks Maintain the file of accounts that have for been coded for collection or bankruptcy Review credit limits on a yearly basis Review customer files on a yearly basis for dormant accounts Understand and comply with the company employment handbook, policies, and procedures Generate billing/shipment detail report Review profit margins on reportsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ Years of AP/AR experience
• Intermediate Excel skills
