Ref ID: 04600-0012603013Classification: Network ArchitectCompensation: $115000.00 to $135000.00 yearlyThe Systems Architect position maintains a complete understanding of the IT: Operations, Infrastructure & Security systems within the organization. The role is responsible for planning, designing, project development and scheduling resources from IT staff to complete business objectives. The position is required to have an engineering level understanding of all areas of IT, including; Desktop, Mobile, Server, Network, Storage, etc. This position will also be required to maintain proficiencies in all new & existing protocols/standards that makeup each system. They will be required to facilitate this info to the Engineers/Administrators for Projects while coordinating objectives with the Director's of those areas.Essential Duties and Responsibilities--- Coordinate communication with IT Directors and their Staff.--- Determine resources needed for new/existing/updated Systems throughout IT.--- Schedule high-medium-low level IT projects for the organization.--- Update documentation to provide a resource for Administrators.--- Participate in & Schedule (if needed) updates to key personnel for system progress.--- Update Web Portal info to match status for ongoing Projects.--- Maintain knowledge of key systems and their needs.--- Ensure Leadership outside of IT understand current/new processes.--- Develop minor Training initiatives to be performed by staff.--- Provide solutions to Engineering difficulties, as they occur.Skills and Experience--- At least 10+ years of IT corporate/enterprise level experience, or equivalent.--- High level experience with Monitoring programs and reports.--- High level experience with documentation and planning programs.--- Medium-High level knowledge of security best practices.--- Medium level experience with programming basics and scripting.--- Self-motivated and highly organized.
