Direct Hire Opportunity!

Shifts:

1st shift, 7am-3pm

2nd shift, 3pm-11pm

3rd shift, 11pm-7am

All entry level process techs will train on 1st shift for 2 months before moving to the shift they desire.

Must be available for Mandatory Overtime Every Other Weekend

Payrate: $17.45 to $28.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Complete all mold changeovers
• Maintain process parameters within specified limits.
• Assist in developing process capability changes to improve quality and reduce scrap and make recommendations, as necessary.
• Start machines after mold or material changes and shut down as necessary.
• Follow IATF16949 work instructions and procedures, as well as completing documentation.Position Requirements:
  
  • High school diploma or equivalency, required.
  • Preferred, 3 +years' experience as a Technician with demonstrated troubleshooting skills, mechanical skills and basic computer skills
  • In lieu of experience, a candidate enrolled in a plastic molding degree program may be considered.
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs. and stand/walk for up to 12 hours and visually inspect the product for quality.
