Process Set Up Tech

Hours: Night Shift, Mon-Fri, 6pm-6am (40-48/hrs week)

Salary: $20-$22/hr + BOE

Job Description (Duties and Responsibilities) :

• To perform independent work at setting up and adjusting multiple extrusion lines with a minimum scrap level.
• Responsible for troubleshooting using a good knowledge of PVC Extrusion process and compound
• To help and/or train other operators as needed
• To give feedback for issues related to extrusion equipment, improvements or repairs
• To comply with Plant Safety Regulations and good manufacturing practices.
  Job requirements / skills :
  • Ability to complete 2nd Extrusion operator test during probation period
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to read prints for various parts
  • Ability to stand up and walk 10-12 hours
  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong mechanical background
  • Valid WI ID.
    Additional Information :
    • Dress code / PPE: Steel toes
    • Skills: Prior Plastic Extrusion setup line exp.
    • If we have people with experience more than 3 years, we can negotiate their pay level separately,
