  • Sets and prepares for appointments with customers to expedite their service experience.
  • Greets customers in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Determines the customers' needs based on consultation.
  • Produces repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates.
  • Follows-up with customers on the status of their vehicle.
  • Sets and achieves targeted sales goals.
  • Gains superior product knowledge to effectively help customers with service maintenance requirements and warranty information.
  • Provides an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position.Competencies:
