Our Tailgate Tours connect us with our clients using our one of a kind Drexelized food truck. It's all about building and strengthening the Drexel brand with our clients, the communities we serve, and within Team Blue.Are you intrigued yet?About You:You're a college student looking for experience in business or the building industry.You're looking for a fun summer job with flexibility and awesome team members to work alongside!You take ideas, figure out how to make them happen and then make them even better.You have an uber-positive enthusiastic winning attitude!You connect with people easily and initiate conversation.You are a master of multitasking projects and staying organized.Your background involves putting customers first.You have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.You've operated a grill before, but if not, we will teach you! Still interested?About the Role:

• You set the tone for each event and get the party started!!
• You can't be afraid to get dirty. Literally. The food truck will be your home for the summer. Cooking, serving, and having fun with our customers is what it's all about--- You'll be grilling brats with the fancy grill that rolls right out of the truck.
• Coordinate process and procedures regarding setting up, confirmation, and execution with the Drexel Sales Team.
• Organize and prepare for Tours including making sure all supplies are loaded, enough time is allowed for travel, and team members attending know the details
• Manage social media accounts to show how you are supplying happiness throughout the summer.
• Operate Google Calendar like a champ and own all aspects of the Tailgate Tour calendar.
• Put on the miles with the food truck! Nearly everyday you will be going to a job site to cook lunch for the builder/ client.
• Get creative. New ideas and innovation are a must. How can we make the Tailgate Tour experience better? That's up to you!
• Communicate with the Finance Team to track and process food and beverage orders.
• Work with Blue Door Coffee Co, Piggly Wiggly, and local vendors to ensure correct food and drink orders are placed in a timely manner.
• Manage and build relationships with clients and Sales Team.
• Delegate Drexel swag (tshirts, hats, etc) as seen fit.
• Become an expert on Team Blue culture and practice it everyday on each jobsite!If you have a go-getter attitude, we can train you on the rest!
