The Opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for seasonal Food Safety Supervisors to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Food Safety Supervisor, you will implement and document internal controls focusing on the safety of food products at American Family Field. You will help ensure all food safety procedures are followed to ensure our associates and guests are kept safe. Wages range from 15-20/hr depending on skills and experience. • Assist in overseeing the quality and food safety programs, including implementation, training associates, and documentation.
• Complete internal audit programs for quality and food safety plans for each event.
• Monitor general cleaning tasks in all work areas.
• Perform the calibration of recording and measuring equipment.
• Record any issues found during inspections.
• Partner with the leadership team to share results from inspections; make recommendations when required.
• All other duties assigned. Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in the food safety industry.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • ServSafe Food Certification will need to be obtained for this position. Physical Requirements
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
    • Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift.
    • Work frequently in a hot and damp environment.
