This role is the heartbeat of our company and you'll have the opportunity to work with America's most respected brands and food manufacturers. What you'll do: Manage the daily information flow with your own customer base of Fortune 500 food manufacturers. Process orders and provide assistance through the supply chain from our warehouse to order fulfillment. Work with your account managers to collect, evaluate, and report sales-related data. Monitor customer accounts and help our accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to ensure payments are up to date. We need you to have: Bachelor's degree; or relative work experience in lieu of degree. 2+ years of customer service experience; ideally customer account management. Good communication skills and attention to detail. You enjoy analyzing and solving problems. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
