Position Details
Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid work schedule available)
Compensation: $50K - $60K plus bonus
Shift: M-F 8A - 5P (some variation)
Travel: 10% travel (training, client needs, etc.)

Position Description
As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide day to day service and support to existing customers. You will communicate with customers across various means daily and prioritize requirements to log into the appropriate database or system. You will track and expedite open orders and shipments and send periodic reports to customers and managers. You will maintain strong communication and relationships with customers, and coordinate amongst internal departments (Purchasing, Accounting, Quality, Shipping/Receiving, etc.) for necessary information and actions. You will use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop resolution plans for customers regarding pricing, lead-times, products, quality, or other items. You will also obtain necessary customer and end user information for necessary shipping and licensing requirements. You will be required to develop an understanding of customer needs and demands, along with market trends, to help develop additional business opportunities. Additional tasks may be assigned.

Position Requirements
