You'll work alongside a dedicated team of clinical staff and supportive supervisors, while you grow your career. -REM Wisconsin is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to serve in a Direct Support Professional Float role in the Milwaukee area. We have a limited number of vacancies for this unique position! This position has an increased wage incentive. You will be trained in a various locations in the Milwaukee area. Specialized training in each location will be provided. The Direct Support Professional Float has the unique opportunity of training with a variety of individuals and on many individualized techniques. You will have the opportunity to be scheduled Every or E/O Weekend for hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Schedules may vary depending on the hours available and the locations where training is completed.

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SEVITA
    • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Experience: -Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
    • Skills: -Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
    • Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
    • Vehicle: - -Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance - - -
