Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a team of knowledgeable and passionate professionals.Full benefits (medical / dental / vision)401k w/matchCompany bonusJob DetailsResponsibilities:Develop and integrate advanced electrical control systems for our product line.Manage projects from concept to production, including reviewing and improving processes.Liaise with distributors, end users, and industry organizations on a global scale.Collaborate with teams on automated systems and failure mode analysis.Lead New Product Development (NPD) processes and utilize analytical tools for system improvement.Coordinate project meetings and ensure effective communication across departments.Drive design testing and risk management strategies.Support manufacturing processes and system validation.Qualifications:Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years in automation equipment development.Experience with LabVIEW.Strong background in process automation and system integration.Knowledge of Six Sigma and other quality management methodologies.Willingness to travel for project support.Strong project management and communication skills.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proactive, results-oriented approach.Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Interested in hearing more?
