Job Overview As a Business Intelligence Intern, you will be responsible for a range of support activities for the Surface Factory Analytics team. The Surface Factory Analytics team develops applications and produces data visualizations for both external and internal customers. Activities will include designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support strategic decision-making. This onsite position will be based onsite at our South Harbor location in Milwaukee\'s Harbor District. The target start date for this role is Summer 2024 and has potential to be extended into the Fall 2024 school semester. We offer full-time hours during the summer and flexible part-time hours during the academic year. This position is not eligiblefor remote work now or in the future. Temporary relocation to the Milwaukee-area is not available. Key Job Responsibilities Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports for business stakeholders Contribute to data cleansing, transformation, and enrichment processes to ensure data accuracy and quality Participate in requirements gathering sessions to understand the information needs of different departments Help identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support strategic decision-making Learn and utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Plotly) to present data in meaningful ways Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from different business units Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications: Pursuing a bachelor\'s or advanced degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or similar, from an accredited college or university Junior, senior, or graduate level student...
