Description:CNC Lead Machinist - 2nd & 3rd Shift$25 to $28 per hourOur company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Lead Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all CNC machines are operating efficiently and effectively, and supervising a team of CNC operators.Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of CNC operators to ensure that production goals are met- Monitor and maintain the quality of products produced by the CNC machines- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by the team- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met- Train new CNC operators on machine operation and safety procedures- Maintain accurate records of production data and machine maintenanceRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC machining and programming- Strong knowledge of CNC machines and programming languages- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsIf you are a highly motivated and skilled CNC Lead Machinist looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position.
