The Hospitality Event Assistant position is responsible for setting up prior to an event, ensuring that the event runs flawlessly. This is a part-time seasonal position from April - September, with potential hours in the winter based on the event schedule.Key Responsibilities:The Hospitality Host position is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our customers by following detailed instructions on setup, preparation, and teardown for special events. Candidates must possess great customer service skills, attention to detail, and reliability.Qualifications:All candidates must be at least 16 years of age and must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude are required. Flexible scheduling is necessary as shifts may include days, weekends, and holidays.Work Environment/Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands. The employee is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions, such as cold weather or extreme heat, and may encounter noise and fast-moving objects. Must have the ability to lift at least 50 lbs occasionally.Hours:Must be flexible to work during events, which could be Monday through Sunday between the hours of 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
