FREELANCE MEDIA PLANNER/BUYER, DIGITAL At Bader Rutter, we do

media strategies for our clients. This is a full-time freelance

You’ll Do Serve as the day-to day media point of contact,
partnering with internal teams and external vendor to bring
engaging, integrated campaigns to life Maintain quality control
across media deliverables, ensuring accuracy and providing
thoughtful campaign support Manage campaign reporting and
optimizations, tracking performance against goals and delivering
insights Assist in evaluating media opportunities, negotiating
added value and premium placements and creating innovative programs
Bring curiosity and enthusiasm to media planning, growing your
strategic presence while actively learning and expanding your
expertise What You Bring A bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of media
experience (or equivalent) Strong attention to detail ? data,
analytics and budgeting are second nature to you Stellar
organizational skills and a strategic mindset rooted in curiosity,
creativity and data Excellent verbal and written communications
skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with
platforms like MediaOcean/Prisma, SRDS, Google Campaign Manager,
MRI/Simmons, etc. Location: Open to candidates based in Milwaukee
and Chicago with occasional in-person meetings and
collaboration
