You ask the right questions, translate complexity into clarity and collaborate across strategy, account, media, analytics and creative teams to bring smart, compelling and effective work to life. What You’ll Do: Partner with the associate director of communications strategy to translate brand, business and marketing objectives into clear communication strategies Contribute to integrated channel plans and content frameworks that inform tactical planning and activation across traditional and digital channels Help craft communications frameworks, customer journeys and define the role of channel and content strategy Collaborate with data and analytics teams to measure communications effectiveness and apply insights to future planning Work closely with media leads to ensure a strong strategic through line from communications strategy into channel planning and execution Express genuine curiosity about clients' businesses, industries and growth opportunities, championing the work internally and externally What You’ll Bring: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field, or equivalent experience 2 or more years of related experience in strategy, communications, media or a related discipline Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas Foundational understanding of paid, earned and owned channel roles A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across functional teams Location: Open to candidates based in Milwaukee and Chicago. Travel: This position may occasionally travel but typically will not exceed 10%. Salary Range: $80,000-95,000 annually The provided salary range is a good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this hire. The actual salary offered will be influenced by candidate experience and other job and market-related factors.
