JOB REQUIREMENTS: SUMMARY Supports production floor by supplying accurate kits for electronic PCB assemblies and box build electronic/electrical assemblies, works in stockroom, performing duties described here. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Pull & pick job kits as directed by Team Leader or Supervisor. Cycle counting inventory. Follow appropriate quality policies and procedures. Practice & participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean activities. Perform work to appropriate efficiency and utilization standards. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area and environment. Must be a positive and dependable member of the Materials team. Monitor & maintain appropriate stock levels, including packing materials. Must be adaptive and supportive of change. Organization of material storing component ID. Must provide input to problem solving process and possess good communication skills. Duties of this position must be performed on-site. Therefore, attendance is an essential function of this position. QUALIFICATIONS To perform in this position successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. May be substituted if proven ability to perform language, mathematical, & reasoning skills below. Warehouse/kitting experience preferred. LANGUAGE, MATHEMATICAL, & REASONING SKILLS Ability to read and understand internal documentation related to assembly of product in English. Basic math skills required to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Basic understanding of/ability to read performance graphs. Ability to understand and determine product quality to written documentation. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the duties of this position, employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to point, handle, or feel. While performing the duties of this position, employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, as well as toxic or caustic chemicals.
