Job Description

Position Summary

Key contributor to the Supply Chain Strategic planning and Risk mitigation initiative, working closely with the team to advance the HCR-LCR initiatives and risks in the non top 13 categories managed at plant level

Responsibilities

• Understand the HCR-LCR vision for the organization and access/ update current state
• Work with the Global commodity managers and frame up future state by Commodity/ Region and Sectors
• Evaluate potentials 3 year LCR cost outs opportunities with SME to align with strategic initiatives
• Help identify and capture resources and complexity involved with the move for alignment with sectors
• Working closely with the plants to identify plant managed services
• Evaluate and document contract status/ single source risk and SRM status
• Report out to SCM leadership for alignment and progress on a biweekly/ monthly basis

    Qualifications
    
    Experience and Skill Required
    
    • Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advance degree (Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related major) from an accredited university, preference
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to thoroughly analyze, interpret data / information to make sound informed decisions.
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Ability to work with all levels of Rexnord organization in a team-based matrix organizational structure including Rexnord supply base.
    • Ability to foster key stakeholder relationships
