As a SalesForce Analyst, you'll be delivering transformative processes to various business operations using advanced technology. You'll regularly work with Project Managers, business users and subject matter experts, Quality Assurance Analysts, and other Business Analysts You will be implementing salesforce and be working with other cutting edge AI technologies with mobile application s, you'll play a critical role in creating a rule-based environment that leverages the combined power of technology and people in meeting our business objectives. • Be responsible for the development of efficient and accurate operations of business rules and automation.
• Gather requirements and provide consultation to stakeholders on the best approach to solving a problem or completing a project.
• Develop and maintain rules and configurations, including analyzing and recommending alternative and creative approaches to providing solutions.
• Measure the level of completeness throughout rule and configuration development, keeping management and all applicable stakeholders aware of progress and issues.
• Responsible for rule and configuration architecture with little oversight.
• Leads and performs analysis for large/multi-phase projects in combination with management of ongoing iterative changes.Do you have what it takes?
  • Completion of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Management Information Systems
  • 2+ years of experience with AI and Apex
  • Experience with low-code applications, business rule configuration, Salesforce configuration, and/or Business Process Management (BPM) workflow - provided by Dice
