Job Description:
Codeworks--is assisting our client with their need for (2)
Business Analysts in the Milwaukee area! In this role you'll be
eliciting requirements, engaging with the entire client community
(internal and external), completing workflow analysis, requirements
workshops, and surveys to create business process documents, use
cases, and user stories. You'll collaborate with various project
team members (developers, architects, product owners) to establish
the technical vision. And you'll analyze solutions to fit business
requirements.You will also be supporting and collaborating with the
QA team, facilitating UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and leveraging
acceptance criteria defined with the business partner.Also you'll
help to define project milestones, requirements, and solutions, as
well as facilitate (small) project management efforts, ensuring the
right capabilities are encompassed in the project team and
scope.Required Skills:* 5+ years of Business Requirement writing
(use cases and user stories)* Proven agile environment expertise
and abilities* A strong understanding of data structures, data
integration, and data warehousing* Superb communication and
collaboration skills.Duration: This project will run through year
end 2021, and has a possibility of extending.Location: Milwaukee,
