Job Description Company Work Location: Milwaukee, WI- All Relocation Fees will be covered by the company Candidates must have Green card or US Citizens ONLY Job Description: Experienced Production Supervisor is required having 1-3+ years of experience in a production environment, food or CPG industries preferred. Required Skills: --- Must be able to read & interpret blue prints, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings for parts and equipment --- Must have a thorough working knowledge of production operations as well as the ability and attitude to provide tactical & strategic leadership for personnel --- 1-3+ years of experience in a production environment, food or CPG industries preferred; --- Knowledge and understanding of the processes and mechanics of production line equipment; --- Able to train, develop and manage employees;-- --- Familiar with GMPs, quality and hygiene standards for food manufacturing;-- --- Creative thinking and deductive reasoning skills;-- --- Available to work all shifts and weekends as needed;-- --- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Responsibility: --- Counsel and train direct reports on an as needed basis. --- Analyze work orders to determine production schedules --- Directing the production line employees;-- --- Scheduling personnel after analyzing work orders to estimate employee hours and equipment required; --- Computing stock and supplies required for operations;-- --- Planning flow of materials through the department according to work orders;-- --- Collecting, tracking and reporting production information and variance data;-- --- Analyzing situations and making decisions on how to proceed including contacting site management as deemed necessary; --- Interfacing with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met.
