We are currently seeking a talented Onsite Level II Deskside Support Technician to join our team for a 12-month contract.



Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

12 Month Contract

Responsibilities:


  • Install, configure, and support new hardware and software
  • Ensure that hardware and software systems are maintained
  • Follow specific instructions to troubleshoot and upgrade end users' IT workstations
  • Provide technical support to users with very different levels of IT knowledge and competence
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, interpersonal skills, and team-oriented attitude
  • Demonstrate active listening skills with the ability to act with sensitivity and empathize with customer's situation
  • Demonstrate compassion and discretion in a patient care environment in support of overall service provided to the customer
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Unpacks appropriate CPU, hardware, and software and installs each at default or to custom specifications
  • Set up printers, monitors, docking stations, PC's etc.
  • Tests configured systems for appropriate functioning and troubleshoots for any errors found
  • Completes all required documentation of installation, including quality assurance sheet to ensure accurate billing with respect to warranty contract, proper processing of defective products, and timely vendor returns and reimbursements
  • Follows customer personal computer system hardware and software specifications based on instructions supplied
  • Will support users physical on-site as well as users that are remote.

    Requirements:


    • Experience with PC systems, related peripherals, and common software programs and Operating Systems
    • Experience using SCCM for imaging
    • Experience using Service Now
    • Familiarity with standard Windows OS and Office suites
    • Ability to perform final configuration tasks on customer premises
    • Previous experience with Windows Deployment
