Duties and Responsibilities Service Delivery Expertise: - Provide strategic consulting and project leadership on cloud-based talent acquisition technology solutions for mid to large size domestic, regional, and global organizations. - Drive delivery methodologies appropriate to project, client, and vendor resources providing clear expectations on roles and responsibilities, deliverables, escalation process, risk assessment and mitigation, and implementation readiness. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of effective change management strategies, including communications, UAT, and training programs. - Manage communication channels with client project sponsors and leadership, building effective relationships and establishing regular project status and feedback sessions. - Provide subject matter expertise around best practices and productivity, metrics and reporting, technology, recruitment programs, policies, and regulations. - Drive end-user adoption to achieve business project goals and objectives. Project Management Expertise: - Lead and coordinate overall project activities from vendor/partner selection to pre-implementation planning through go-live stabilization. - Define project charter, support project core team and extended team, and establish project operation logistics. - Develop implementation roadmap and integrated project plan in collaboration with other project stakeholders/owners. - Provide implementation leadership and subject matter expertise throughout the implementation. - Develop and execute project plans to drive on-time and within-budget service delivery. - Manage the project plan tasks, coordinating client and vendor resources, while continually evaluating risk and launch readiness. - Partner with the selected vendor project manager to ensure client readiness for project launch. Functional Consulting/Business Analyst Expertise: - Lead functional process and design cycles for current and desired future state (process and technology), identifying product gap solutions in complex global environments. - Facilitate workshops/working sessions with appropriate resources to gather feedback, identify gaps, recommend solutions, and communicate deliverables. - Analyze and transform raw data into meaningful information and compelling presentations, including trend analyses, to identify opportunities for improvement. Market Expertise - Practice intellectual generosity by sharing and contributing knowledge and experiences, both internally and externally. - Promote company at professional business organizations/conferences and seminars. Cultural Expertise - Contribute to and support a positive team environment. - Provide and accept feedback while looking for opportunities to help others. - Contribute to broader business goals by attending, participating, and collaborating in all relevant company meetings and initiatives to enable continuing development and understanding of the market landscape. Qualifications Education - Bachelor---s degree strongly preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience - Must have experience leading full life cycle of project execution following established project management methodology. - Demonstrate expert knowledge of talent acquisition platforms, tools, products, and other complimentary technologies to support these platforms. - A minimum of 3 years--- experience leading successful talent acquisition strategy and technology implementations. - A minimum of 5 years of experience implementing, optimizing, and supporting end-to-end talent acquisition functions and systems (ATS, CRM, and integrated solutions) supporting prospect engagement/sourcing, recruitment marketing, talent acquisition analytics with in-depth experience in at least 3 functions. - Deep subject matter expertise with design, development, and implementation of strategic change management, communications, testing and training collateral. - Experience leading program/project management, systems implementation and optimization, service delivery, process improvement, and vendor evaluation, selection, and management. Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required - Experience with one or more of the following systems is desires: Avature, iCIMS, CornerstoneOnDemand, SmartRecruiters, Workday Recruiting, Phenom People, Greenhouse, Lever, SuccessFactors Recruiting, Beamery, and SmashFly. - Deep subject matter expertise in a variety of workstreams (change management, risk assessment, compliance, user acceptance testing, end-to-end testing, end-user training development and delivery, communications, launch planning, and system configuration). - Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, and other related software.
