Summary The Maintenance Technician will have experience working in a machining facility. Under the direct supervision of the Shop Superintendent, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on machine equipment, facility equipment, and property structures. All work will be done in compliance with our safety rules and regulations. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.Must have the ability to troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electricalMust have general knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot minor facility repairsMust have the ability to use basic test equipment to troubleshoot electrical, electronic power and control systems.Basic fabrication skills including carpentry and weldingExperience performing preventative and predictive maintenance on a variety of equipmentMust be able to comply with safety standards and procedures QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
