Focus on accountability to drive results Push production and always focus on safety Coaching and training employees QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to work M-TH 12 HR Shift 6AM-6PM Strong Leadership Skills High School Diploma or GED, Associates degree preferred in supervision or management. 2-4 years of experience supervising production in a manufacturing environment. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), Google Suite.
