The team services five key products: QualiFile, BizChex, ID Authentication, ID Verification, and ProspectChex.We are looking to add an energetic, talented, and experienced Implementation Conversion Analyst II to our growing team.What you will be doingYou will be part of a nimble and specialized team focusing on all aspects of implementing the Decision Solution suite of products. This includes:

• Consulting with leading Financial Institutions on new and existing risk strategy designs across the product line
• Managing implementation projects such that they are completed within service level and with a high degree of quality
• Designing and following testing strategies ensuring that your implementation meets the business requirement
• Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with Financial Institutions domestically and internationally
• Proactively analyzing data and deriving insights to help Financial Institutions stay ahead of emerging risk trends
• Drafting SOWs for ad-hoc services or data requestsWhat you bring:
  • Ability to travel 0% to 5%
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High degree of organization, you will be managing simultaneous engagements of varying complexity
  • Executive presence (daily interactions with executives is not uncommon)
  • Innate curiosity and the ability to ask relevant questions of your audience
  • The ability to assess and compare data points to yield actionable insights using tools such as Excel (or similar)
  • Knowledge of Banking and the Financial Services industry, specifically monetary instruments (Debit, Credit, Prepaid) and Know your Customer/Business (KYC/B) frameworksAdded bonus if you have:
    • A background in Information Systems, Data Structures, or Database design
    • Experience in a corporate environment or Fintech
