Job DescriptionIncludes a $1,000 Sign On Bonus!Maintenance Mechanic II starting rate $18.30/hr!!Three Pillars Senior Living Communities, located in Dousman, WI, is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic II. The Maintenance Mechanic II supports our mission and values by maintaining and servicing equipment, buildings, and grounds of the Three Pillars Dousman campus.What will I do in this role?

• Responsible for the completion of all work requests/orders assigned.
• Repair and replace items throughout the campus such as blocked drains, faucets, light fixtures, electrical devices, handrails, beds, tables, chairs, motors, pumps, tractors, lawn mowers, motorized vehicles, etc.
• Perform construction and renovation tasks, including repair and painting of walls, repair of windows, doors, etc.
• Maintain records of all repair work completed computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
• Ensure machinery and equipment are in proper working order.
• Assist in coordinating outside vendor services including project outlines, drawings, quotes, work schedules and job closeouts.What is required in this position?
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license.
  • Three years proven experience and training in plumbing, electrical, HVAC or facility maintenance is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware. Basic knowledge of email platforms and CMMS.What makes Three Pillars Senior Communities unique?
