Job Description Bonus - $1500.00 within the first year of employment Shift: 1st shift full or part time COVID-19 proof of vaccination not required No mask requirement SPI is seeking individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude able to learn how to assemble our lighting fixtures from start to finish using hand tools and soldering equipment. Assembly experience is preferred - soldering experience is a plus You will work in a clean and quiet environment. But feel free to bring your headphones after training is complete, because you are able to listen to music or your favorite podcast while you work REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: A good work history is a MUST (including good performance and attendance). High school diploma or GED. Experience that demonstrates accuracy, careful handling and attention to detail. Basic math and computer skills. Must be able to follow directions, both verbal and written. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Manual dexterity --- Able to work with your hands and utilize various power and hand tools. Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Able to bend, twist and stand all day.
