Join Rheem, and help shape the future of products that impact lives-every day.The Product Data Analyst is responsible for supporting and overseeing the integrity of newly introduced product data as well as data support for existing products. These duties include areas such as product data represented in specifications, ratings rationalization, competitive product data collection, customer surveys, customer EDI interfacing databases, maintenance of digital documentation, and quarterly product performance dashboards.This position will serve our Air Conditioning Division. This position can be fully remote. Our ideal candidate is based in the Central or Eastern time zones.What You'll Do

• Conducts quarterly and annual statistical reporting, including product performance dashboards (sales volume/revenue, mix of sales by key features, top 5 customers, etc) and other Market Research duties.
• Leads competitive data gathering and analysis
• Maintains digital documentation on Product Technical Support website (PTS)
• Assists with the planning and coordination of commercialization for key product launches.
• Supports customer EDI requests for product data
• Support engineering and marketing in automation of product specification creation
• Serves as contact person for ad-hoc requests for adding system combination ratings, data mining, data retrieval, market analysis.
• Partners with Product Managers to update all Product Marketing support materials, i.e. Product Positioning matrices, Competitive Analysis, etc.
• Provides continual analysis of product progress and life cycle.
• Maintains communication with the management team, providing relevant fiscal and performance information relative to new and existing products.

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field
  • 3+ years of related work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exhibit a high level of diplomacy, tact, and leadership
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)How To Stand Out
    • Experience with buildings materials industry
