We're presenting an exciting opportunity for a Media Production Specialist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Media Production Specialist is an internal videographer, photographer, and content producer. This role contributes to all areas of the production workflow and studio upkeep while creating and managing visual assets for a variety of channels and brands.

Here's a General Overview of What You'll be Doing :
Concept and script development
Marketing Research
Production planning
Product and set staging
Lighting
Camera operation
Audio recording
Acting as on camera talent
Post production - tasks including but not limited to editing, graphics, audio and color mastering
Formatting and file delivery
Studio maintenance and optimization
Maintain a solid understanding of industry standards, competitor trends, brand USPs, and companywide objectives
Primary project types include product content, marketing promotions, social media content, customer support content, internal messaging, training assets, interviews, motion graphics, product photography, event coverage, and headshots.
Archival and asset management
Bring forth content opportunities on a quarterly basis with the goal of quantifiable success
Organize product samples via internal sales, charity donations, and showroom displays
What We're Looking For:
Skilled with Adobe Creative Cloud - specifically Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects
Should be proficient with Office 365 applications
Familiar with major social media platforms
Familiar with semi-professional digital video and photography equipment including DSLRs, support equipment, continuous lighting, strobe lighting, and lighting modifiers
At least 2 years of professional experience in all areas of the video and/or photo production workflow including concept development, scriptwriting, production planning and staging, shooting, editing, distribution, and performance evaluation.
2-year degree in media, film, digital marketing, broadcast, photography, graphic design
It Would Also be Nice to Have:
Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries, Illustrator and Lightroom
Experience with Canon products including Cinema cameras, DSLRs, and lenses
Speech, theater, or on-camera personality experience
Professional audio recording and engineering experience
Professional studio or freelance experience
Construction or set experience
Interest and experience with building channels, subscribers, and viewership on major social media channels
Experience with shooting larger products (like furniture) is highly preferred
Unique or Special Physical Requirements
On-camera participation
Physical labor for production and product sample coordination
Ability to lift at least 50 lb.
