Job DescriptionTools Inc. is an established Tool and Die and Metal Stamping company in Sussex, WI. Our company is growing and so is our need for dedicated employees! We are seeking 1st shift Shipping and Receiving Associates to join our team and bring our company to the next level!The Shipping and Receiving Associate will be a cross functional role that will be able to support not only shipping and receivings day to day tasks but expand into supporting production and incoming inspections material handling needs when needed. This role is key to the success of the company in proving timely and accurate products to our customers. There will never be a dull day and there is always an opportunity to learn something new to expand your knowledge and experience! Hours: Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm, overt time and Saturdays as needed Saturday hours are 6:00am-11:00amNon-exempt. Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare, label and verify documentation against incoming and outgoing shipments
• Load and unload trucks
• Move product and materials using hand trucks, sit down and stand up forklifts
• Open shipments and confirm product quality and quantity received against purchase orders
• Keep materials neat and organized in shop
• Assist with production and incoming inspection material handling needs
• Other job duties as assigned Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of shipping/receiving experience in a fast paced, manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • 3+ years experience of forklift operation and safety
  • Stand up and sit down forklift experience
  • Pallet jack and scale operation (is a plus!)
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to change priorities quickly
  • Maintain a positive attitude
