Quality Assurance Assistant

This Quality Assurance Assistant will support the Quality Manger in
the ongoing development and growth of business processes by
identifying, leading and participating in the continuous
improvement opportunities. The Quality Assurance Assistant will
support in the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the Quality
Management System, and act as a champion in driving a proactive
safety culture while providing quality services to exceed the
expectations of our customers.
Create and maintain employee training files.
Maintain training matrix and create corresponding training
Conduct Quality training for new hires.
Update work instructions and maintain controlled documents.
Conduct daily audits and report findings.
Data collection, data entry, and weekly/monthly reporting.
Participate in CAR's, PAR's and ISO audits.
Partners with leadership in identifying and implementing continuous
Work with the Quality Team to improve the accuracy and
effectiveness of Work Instructions.
Develop training material to supplement work instructions and
on-the-job training as needed.
Communicate errors to ensure corrective actions are identified and
Escalate recurring issues to management.
Provide performance-based self-evaluation to management for annual

High School diploma or equivalent required.
2-year degree in Business Management or Logistics preferred.
2-3 years of clerical experience, preferably in a warehouse
Experience with Excel formulas, Pivot tables, and PowerPoint
Experience with QMS and ISO preferred, but not required.
