Oakbrook Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with strong people skills and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate understands that in our business, the tenant comes first. Our Maintenance Supervisors provide direct support to tenants and maintenance team by responding to and troubleshooting a variety of residential service requests such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances and building exteriors. They take pride in maintaining public areas and completing apartment turnovers to ensure a comfortable property tenants can call home. Successful maintenance supervisors have a can-do attitude and build positive tenant relationships by providing top notch customer service.
