Job Description:

Summary of the Role: The Material Handler's responsibility is to ensure that the Service PLUS Center materials are accurately handled. These tasks include receipt, pick and pack of goods, delivery and pick up of goods, and other basic warehouse functions.Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient receiving picking, processing, packaging, shipping and delivery of customer orders, including Basic customer service skills
• Ability to follow ISO 9001:2015 procedures
• Perform mechanical inspection using calipers, durometer gauge and other inspection tools
  • Accurate input into database as well as accurate management of paperwork
  • Maintain a clean and orderly environment
  • Follow all safety protocol and warehouse proceduresEducation and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or some college preferred
    • Minimum 1 year or more of warehouse experience or equivalent required
      • Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment required.
      • Fork lift certification a plus.
        • Customer service experience a plus
        • Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for the work, including ability to lift or move at least 40 lbs occasionally throughout the weekCompetencies:
          • Familiarity with ISO 9001
          • 6S famiarity a plus
          • Mechanical aptitude a plus
          • Working knowledge of warehouse data systems
          • Solid communication skillsTravel:
