Description:Solid waste solutions business unit is looking to hire a field engineer/field technician. - Assist with field testing including: sampling soils, staking out construction sites, and surveying- Conduct daily reporting - Operate field equipment and construction equipment Requires travel throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa including some overnights.Skills:environmental testing, soil sample, topographic surveys, concrete testing, nuclear density gauge, aci certified, water sample, environmental remediation, Construction, civil engineering, site development, landfill, surveyingTop Skills Details:environmental testing,soil sample,topographic surveysAdditional Skills & Qualifications:- Associate degree in environmental science, civil technology, natural resources, or related program- Experience with survey/GPS equipment- Experience with density gauges- Ability to lift up to 50 poundsPreferred:- Experience as a civil engineering technician or environmental technicianExperience Level:Entry Level About Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
