The OpportunityThe ERP Analyst - IFS will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, report building, and ongoing maintenance of IFS. The ERP Analyst - IFS will play a critical role in IFS upgrades, including the upgrade from Apps 9 to Cloud. This person must have a customer focus and excellent communication skills as they will be guiding and teaching other IFS users. As the top SME of IFS throughout the organization, the ERP Analyst - IFS must display leadership skills, excellent communication and organization skills, and be team oriented. Responsibilities

• Administration of IFS
• Leads ERP core team and business process owners to help identify issues and possible courses of action; recommend solutions
• Develop, document, and maintain business process descriptions/flows
• Design and implement screens, workflows, reports, etc. in the ERP tool set
• Develop, test and document customizations using ERP tool set
• Provide level 2 support for IFS user interfaces on PCs, Tablets, and smartphones
• Learn and support 3rd party applications, tools, and custom software
• Troubleshoot ERP related system performance issues including occasional on-call support
• Administer regression testing, platform upgrades, and coordination of bug fixes
• Coordinate user acceptance testing
• Develop business reports
• Develop and deliver IFS orientation to system users
• Stay current on technological skills
• Perform a critical role in supporting the upgrade from Apps 9 to CloudRequirements
  • 5+ years' experience working with IFS in an administrative and/or analytical role
  • IFS Administration
  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with all levels of employees throughout the organizationBenefits
